9/26/10 - 10/2/10 Training

9/19 Sun     Ronald McDonald Ride (67mi)
9/20 Mon    Off
9/21 Tue     1hr Chest
9/22 Wed    1hr Back and Core
9/23 Thu     1hr Biceps and Triceps
9/23 Fri       2K Swim + 40mi bike ride
9/24 Sat     Disney Wine & Dine 13.1

This was a busy week for me with many races.  Saturday 9/18 was the 12th Annual Miracle Miles 15k, followed by the Ronald McDonald Ride (67mi) on Sunday.  Then the Disney Wine & Dine 13.1 night race on the next Saturday that ended at 3:00 AM on Sunday.  Then all the normal stuff during the week.
